1. What kind of dresses do you sell? We specialize in women's dresses for every occasion: casual summer dresses, elegant evening gowns, maxi dresses, cocktail dresses, workwear dresses, boho styles, and more. Our collection focuses on flattering fits, high-quality fabrics, and timeless-to-trendy designs.

2. Where do you ship to? We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and delivery times? We offer the following options (business days, excluding weekends & holidays):

  • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $0 (Free on all orders – no minimum!)
  • Standard Shipping (paid option): 7-14 business days – $10 (if selected or for certain items)

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

4. Is shipping really free? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) applies to every order—no minimum purchase required. It's our commitment to making shopping easy and affordable.

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or arrives damaged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.

6. How do I track my order? You'll get an email with tracking info once your order ships. Check status in your account or reach out to us.

7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. All payments are secure.

8. Are your dresses true to size? Yes—each product page has a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend comparing your measurements to the chart. If between sizes, size up for comfort.

10. Do you have care instructions? Most dresses include care labels. Generally, we recommend gentle wash or dry clean for delicate fabrics—check the product page for specifics.
